   • Payment processing services are provided by third-party providers. CASA is not responsible for errors or issues arising from these providers.

   • CASA and its content, including trademarks, logos, and software, are the intellectual property of Backitup Finance Private Limited.
   • Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use CASA for personal, non-commercial purposes.
   • You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content from CASA without prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

   • CASA may integrate or link to third-party services. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
   • CASA is not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of third-party services.

8. Social Media and Community Guidelines

   When using CASA’s social media and community features, you agree to:

   • Share only content that complies with our standards and policies.
   • Respect other users by avoiding hate speech, harassment, or abusive language.
   • Avoid uploading copyrighted, obscene, or unauthorized content.
   • Grant CASA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to host, use, modify, and distribute content you upload on CASA’s social features.

   CASA reserves the right to remove content that violates these guidelines or applicable laws.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

   • CASA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
   • Backitup Finance Private Limited, its founders (Derek Almeida and Steve Vora), and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CASA.
   • CASA does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.

10. Termination

    • CASA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App for violating these Terms or engaging in prohibited activities.
    • Upon termination, your right to use CASA ceases immediately, and any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination survive.

11. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Backitup Finance Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

    • Your use of CASA.
    • Your breach of these Terms.
    • Your violation of any laws or rights of third parties.

12. Modifications to Terms

    • CASA reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email.
    • Continued use of CASA after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

    • These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
    • Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
